My Morning Routine by Benjamin Spall and Michael Zander.

Two things I took away from reading this:

  1. I have a good morning routine.
  2. All successful people get up ridiculously early

Smoothie, yoga and a workout followed by self care.

And a 6am start ( mainly due to a lively kitten wanting breakfast).

This is my morning.
